Munich, November 24th, 2020. The IT consulting and system integration company msg has announced its partnership with the Munich-based testing specialist Testbirds. The cooperation aims to create a tailored and complementary service portfolio in the field of software testing. Testbirds is a world-leading provider of crowdtesting solutions and offers its customers a global crowdtesting platform focused on quality assurance and user experience of digital products. The platform, in conjunction with msg’s testing expertise and access to customers should enable the partners to tap in to new market potential. Thanks to this partnership, msg customers will also benefit in future from the full-service offering in software testing. For the first time, they will be able to have their digital products tested in a public crowd and thus improve them without the need for a third-party provider
Optimized Usability Through Swarm Intelligence
Testbirds has been offering its crowdtesting platform since 2011. It enables companies to have their apps, websites or IoT (internet of things) applications tested by real end users and under real conditions. This method has great potential to optimize digital products, especially with regard to functionality, user-friendliness and usability. Using msg’s customer base, Testbirds hopes to make crowdtesting attractive for other companies.
