The IT service provider msg and its subsidiary m3 management consulting GmbH jointly acquire 50.1% of the shares in INTENSE AG, a specialist for IT implementation. The companies intend to jointly drive forward the digital transformation of the energy industry.
Ismaning/Würzburg, October 12, 2023. INTENSE AG (www.intense.de), a medium-sized software and IT consulting company and leading provider of IT implementation for the energy industry, now has two majority shareholders: msg (www.msg.group) is a new addition: It is an international group of companies with more than 10,000 employees worldwide in 31 countries. m3 management consulting GmbH (www.m3maco.com) is part of the msg group and had already entered into the strategic partnership with INTENSE in November 2021 . The remaining 49.9% will remain with INTENSE's existing shareholders, who will continue to be involved in the day-to-day business. With its participation, the msg group completes the trio from now on.
