Katrin Aytepe has been part of the management team since January 1, 2023.

m3 management consulting GmbH has expanded its management team effective January 1, 2023. Katrin Aytepe is a new member of the management team. Alongside with the three other managing directors, Michael Dusch, Karsten Redenius and Christof Spangenberg, the 37-year-old will be responsible for the business areas HR and marketing.

“It was important to us to address the expansion of management now and to create structures that both accommodate the growth of our company and sustainably strengthen us for the future," says m3 managing director Karsten Redenius.  

Katrin Aytepe has been successfully working in the company for 13 years in various management functions and is familiar with the internal processes and structures. As a new member of the management board, she is responsible for the areas HR and Marketing. In addition, she will be responsible for managing the operational consulting business. "We are delighted to have gained Katrin Aytepe, a very experienced manager from our own ranks, for this responsible task. With her extensive expertise and outstanding work as a team and project leader, she is the ideal person for the job," says m3 managing director Michael Dusch.

"The open corporate structures at m3 management consulting made it possible for me to take on responsibility right from the start and now take the step into management," says Katrin Aytepe. "I look forward to the challenge and tasks that await me in my new position."

As part of the management restructuring , Karsten Redenius is handing over the chair of the Management Board to Michael Dusch, to be able to focus even more on his duties as a member of the Executive Board of m3’s parent company msg.
